Self help approach is a systematic instrument for improving the living standard of a person. Self help approach includes all those principles which can be used to improve the mind, thoughts, aims, health & wealth of a person. So I think I am able to put my point in front of my friends and followers that firstly adopt these two approaches because they are very important to set the foundation for your success and prosperity.
